We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly exchange or refund the item within 30 days of the shipping date. Below are the key points of our return and exchange policy:

Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the item’s shipment date.
Condition of Merchandise: All merchandise must be in original condition and must be accompanied by the original receipt, including all provided documentation and or certification(s). 
Exclusions:
Special Orders: No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for items that are special ordered ( engraved, altered, or custom-made). 

Refund Process:
Once your returned merchandise is received, we will issue a credit to your account. This typically takes about 5 – 7 business days after the receipt and verification of the merchandise return. Less any charges or restocking fees or shipping charges.
